Don't ever be paralyzed by how much there is to do and that you know you can't do or fix it all. For example, politics is not my area. Yes, it effects me - but so does everything else and I must devote myself where I'm called and go deeper with that. I have my opinions, of course, but I don't spend a lot of time there. I know there are others whose calling it is. Someone out doing Good Work in that arena.
Thought for the day: We all find our positions on the field.

Poetry and writings from 1996-2006, separated into seasons and relating to the seasons of a life and the chapters therein. Heavy, meaningful stuff I laughed, cried and bled through. The disillusion with suburban priorities, searching for self, hitting the road, questing for Spirit, going back to the land; what bubbled up under the skin and all I saw around me... in prose, verse, lyric, elegy and the occasional haiku! I share it all in hopes it resonates with you & serves you well.
Thought for the day: There is a spider living in the corner of the bathroom floor. Is he small or am I a giant? Other than perspective, is there a standard? Does it really matter?
